FreeBalance is implementing a project that will end by year 2011 for Local Government Capacity Building Project (LGCBP)
aimed
at supporting the implementation of the Local Government Reform Action
Plan adopted by the Ministry of Local Government (MOLG) and the PA
Cabinet in August 2004. The LGCBP also supports enhancing the capacity
of various MOLG departments in guiding, overseeing, and managing
different reform components and fulfilling basic tasks in managing the
overall local government sector.

is seeking to recruit immediately full time and part time Technical
Support Specialist in Gaza, Plaestine according to the following
qualification:
Qualification and Experience
-BS in Computer Engineering / Science, or a related field with at least three years experience.
-Relational Database Management System Skills in Oracle 10G/11G along with ANSI SQL Scripting.
-Software development skills using 4GL tools such as Visual Basic or Oracle Forms
-Experience in supporting both technical and non technical users on deployed solutions
-Solid understanding of all Microsoft Productivity tools
-Computer hardware and Networking.- CCNA, MCSA or MCITP desired
-Ability to demonstrate knowledge in ERP systems implementation.
-Strong written, verbal and organizational skills.
-Excellent analytical, communication and critical thinking skills in a project setting in a client facing role.
-Demonstrated ability to approach complex problems and successfully implement customer centric solutions.
