Senior Manager - Sales
Main Responsibilities:
• Building and lead the sales team.
• Establishing and implementing departmental goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
• Identifying potential opportunities for new corporate clients, execute activities relative to the sales of such opportunities.
• Establishing and achieving department KPI’s.
• Directing and overseeing the Group’s Sales functions.
• Researching and developing strategies and plans for identifying new sales opportunities of AMAAR’s projects
• Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies.
• Developing the price structure of various projects.
• Coordinating with marketing department to develop activities related to marketing plans, public relations and community outreach.
• Representing the department at various community and/or functions to promote the business of the Group.
• Developing, writing and/or editing sales tool kits, flyers, PowerPoint presentations.
• Planning, distributing, and maintaining sales materials.
• Creating and conducting proposal presentations for key investors and customers.
• Promoting positive relations with partners, investors and the public.
• Building networks of potential customer/investors.
• Communicate effectively with all types of audiences.
• Obtain market intelligence information.
• Oversee activities related to after sale and customer service.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in a business related field, an MBA highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in the same field;
• A self-starter with exceptional leadership skills and a team player.
• Experience in real estate development & Investment is desirable.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Knowledge of contracting, and negotiating.
• Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in planning sales strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
