Position Title: Project Officer
Reports to: Program Manager
Location: Jerusalem with frequent travel to cities in Israel

Job summary
The PO will assume responsibility for working with the partner and CRS to coordinate the implementation of project activities in Israel, the PO will be responsible for sub grant-related planning and implementation, timely and accurate reporting to PM, field monitoring visits of project activities, and local representation to governmental and nongovernmental organizations.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• University degree in relevant field, preferably with some formal peace building study
• Minimum of three years work experience in development programs. Preferable experience implementing USG-funded programs with knowledge of key USG regulations.
• Minimum of three years work experience in grassroots level peace building, conflict resolution, conflict prevention programming and working with youth on the same topics.
• Strong working experience in Monitoring and Evaluation with regard to data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Working experience with USAID’s Geo-MIS and TraiNet web-based requirements.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English, Arabic and Hebrew.
• Proven ability to develop proposals and write reports meeting donor requirements
• Ability to drive to Jaffa and other cities in Israel.
