Your flexibility is much appreciated! We need Volunteers to commit to the entire time from 4:00PM to 6:00PM on July 13th at Sancta Maria Hotel in Bethlehem– please make sure you are available from the start to finish!

We are looking for Hostesses to help check-in and greeting the guests on this exciting day as they arrive at the event!

Other Volunteers will help in the check-in area by entering participants’ data and by gathering the materials participants receive when they check-in. Volunteers should be ready to jump in whenever needed!
